"Designing Hong Kong Harbour District” held its first press conference on 18 February 2004.

Mr Paul Zimmerman - Principal of The Experience Group, Mr Vincent Ng - Convenor of Hong Kong Urban Design Alliance, Ms Christine Loh - founder of the independent think tank, Civic Exchange, Dr Andrew Thomson - Chief Executive Officer of Business Environment Council and Dr Thomas Tang - Director of GML Consulting, called for a genuine review of the planning for the Hong Kong Harbour District and announced a series of activities to facilitate consensus-building among the different stakeholders.
